Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of PinFlow (pinflow.agency), a social publishing and scheduling tool. By connecting your social accounts or using PinFlow, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
PinFlow lets you create, schedule, and publish content to supported social platforms. We do this by connecting to platform APIs on your behalf. We can't guarantee that every platform will accept every post — their systems have their own content policies and technical requirements.
Your account
You need at least one supported social account to use PinFlow fully. You're responsible for keeping your connected account logins secure. We only access the parts of those accounts that you explicitly authorize through each provider's OAuth flow.
You can stop using PinFlow at any time by revoking access in the connected platform settings. You can also request that we delete your PinFlow data by emailing us.
Acceptable use
Don't use PinFlow to publish spam, illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or anything that violates the connected platform's community guidelines or terms of service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who misuses the platform.
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using PinFlow, you give us permission to store and transmit your content to connected platform APIs solely for the purpose of publishing your scheduled content.
Service availability
We aim to keep PinFlow running smoothly, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, outages, or changes to connected platform APIs may affect service availability. We'll do our best to communicate any planned disruptions.
Disclaimer
PinFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost data, missed publishing schedules, or issues caused by third-party social platforms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of PinFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
